Delivery and Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your Sloane the Label pieces. Here’s the lowdown on getting your goodies and what to do if something’s not quite right.

Delivery

UK Standard Delivery – £3.99:
We aim to get your order to you within 5 working days.

UK Next Day Delivery – £6.99:
We aim to get your order to you within 1 working days if ordered before 1pm.

We’ll keep you updated with tracking info, so you know when to expect your Sloane delivery.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem! Here’s how to return items within 14 days of receiving them:

Make sure it’s in tip-top shape: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Let us know: Drop us a line at hello@sloanethelabel.co.uk to inform us of your return.
Package it up: Pop the item(s) in a secure package.
Send it back: You’ll need to cover the return postage, so choose a shipping method that allows you to track your parcel.
Refund time: Once we receive your return and check that everything’s okay, we’ll issue a refund (minus the original delivery cost) to your original payment method.

Important Note: We can’t offer exchanges at this time. If you want a different size or color, just place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
